What are terms and conditions for a podcast? Like, should we tell you what a podcast is? I mean, on some level we should tell you hey, Apologies Accepted is purely comedy and entertainment and opinions. Listen at your own risk. You are an adult, and if you aren't, you should find a responsible adult immediately and tell them to pay more attention to how they are raising you because this show just isn't for children. This means you too, Swifties. We know you love all things Taylor Swift and probably stumbled across our Kanye episode and have all sorts of feelings but really and truly you are too young to be listening to us so go outside and play or go watch the Disney Channel or something age appropriate. For the adults, you are legally responsible for yourselves and have figured stuff out on your own so far so if you are looking to us for advice you maybe need to stop and take a breath and regroup and then maybe grab a drink or a vape and just mellow. We're here for you, but we aren't a good resource for medical advice, financial advice, or anything really adult. We're going to go outside and play and then later watch the Disney Channel as soon as we are done typing this. Just so you know who you are thinking of taking advice from. We are not experts on anything, we are just really opinionated and found some microphones in the street and were like "hey, let's start a podcast" and it became a thing that we weren't expecting and our producer said "get some terms and conditions in place or get sued later" and so here we are. This is comedy, don't ever do anything we say, you are responsible for yourself. Good luck! And as always, we can't be held liable for anything we say or anything we post on social media - like we are just letting ourselves completely off the hook legally because, again: this. is. comedy. Don't take it seriously, don't even try. All opinions are our own and in no way reflect the values of any corporation, company, or service. We are not owned by any corporation, company, or service (outside of Netflix which is our total life) so really - what we say is just our own words and no one owns them or is responsible for them beyond ourselves. That should be obvious but apparently has to be said in writing.
